A Season of Appreciation and Development

While summer is typically a time for relaxation, at DISCORDIA Transport & Logistics we never stop improving our skills, processes, and expertise to best meet our clients' needs. At the same time, we strive to motivate and inspire our employees to be better and this year we continue our tradition of excellence and appreciation. For another year we welcomed our new interns and reinforced the strength of our top employees. Discover what happened in the world of DISCORDIA this July.

Expert-Making Machine

At DISCORDIA, we welcome, train, and develop students eager for knowledge. Our internship program continues to thrive this year. The first 14 interns successfully completed their program, and three of them have embarked on their professional journey with us. They passed the torch to the second wave of four ambitious interns who are now on their path to success with our team. During the program, our interns undertook various responsibilities, including client and colleague communications, accounting tasks, truck dismantling, and many other daily operations. We are grateful for each participant's dedication and positive feedback. We are delighted that they appreciate the support from their mentors and the practical orientation of the program. This affirms that we are on the right track, continuously growing and advancing!

We have champions and the most fuel-efficient driver at the "Top Driver Cup 2024"?

This month, we proudly announced the finalists of our annual "Top Driver Cup 2024". The competition saw 2000 of our international drivers competing in two categories: "Fuel Efficiency" and "Distance Covered." In the "Fuel Efficiency" category, Stanislav Enchev, Ivan Gyulev, and Nikolay Tanev emerged as segment winners. In the "Distance Covered" category, the champions were Valeriy Gostev, Nikolay Nikolaev, and Dzhamal Terziev. Ivan Gulev was recognized as the most fuel-efficient driver in DISCORDIA in 2024 during a real-life competition among the top 3 winners in the "Fuel Efficiency" category. We are very proud of all our drivers and appreciate their daily efforts and commitment to excellence. We are proud to highlight the achievements of Ayten Kurteva, the most fuel-efficient woman on our team. Congratulations to all the winners for their outstanding achievements! We look forward to many more achievements and broken records in the future!
