Searching for passionate C3 type? leaders: Catalystic,Capable,Coaches

This brilliant quote sums up and exemplifies what true leadership ought to be and sets the right expectation for leaders today.?I like to term them the C3 type? leaders–firstly because they are capable to lead teams, are great coaches and lead teams from the front, as catalysts.

From my experience, here are 10 defining qualities of C3 type leaders:?

C3 type leader is the need of the hour, more than ever before:

The marketing space today is a most dynamic and challenging environment. There is a high need for such leaders. Leaders with vision and strong instincts, who will navigate well the future of their business and their team. We need to see many such leaders driving pivotal roles in our industry.

?If you have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such leaders, think back to that time from a point in time in your career. When you look back at the time in retrospect, you may recall working with such leaders may have been challenging initially as you felt being pushed to your limits. But you will also remember that over time, these leaders brought out the best in you. They enabled you to realise your potential, to discover skills that you may yourself have not known you possess. They helped remove the limitations that you unconsciously put on your abilities. They always encouraged you to give your best. Such leaders will always be recalled fondly -working shoulder to shoulder with their teams, enabling them to meet challenges, constantly coaching them to reach new highs.

Having worked with some of the best leaders and having led amazing teams, I can say that such leaders are not limited or driven by monetary compensation. And the regard, the stature and the place they win in their people’s hearts is something money cannot buy. The real reward for such leaders is to see people from their teams grow and conquer new heights. It is to know that the achievers they once established, continue to win the biggest challenges. To nurture their people to become successful future leaders.

In conclusion, I would like to suggest a purpose: If you ever worked with such leaders and a face comes to your mind with fond memories, please take this as a random opportunity to show them your appreciation in some way.

Well written Dee- I too am fortunate to have been part of such thought processes of some great gentlemen - these leaders are pivotal in one’s career. But it’s also a great deed to live up to their expectations because thts what you show to your followers, I am still striving to do so after so many many years…

Such a leader does come to my mind! Wonderfully written article!
