In search of a USP..

The biggest things (after revenue) which brands struggle with is finding a USP.

And that becomes more important in a digitally driven world with too many options and ‘sort by price’ everywhere.

The solution many take is to do something extravagant, from making visionary proclamations or hiring celebrities to pulling strange, really strange stunts like this….(from Aaj Tak released yesterday..I wonder what was the brief for this? ??)



My suggestion to every brand owner out there:

Don’t look out, look inwards.
Both in spirituality and brand building answers usually lie within. Your brand or business has something unique; that’s why it exists. Find it & Enlarge it.

And while gimmicks may get people to talk about your business ,they don’t get people to stick on. End of the day, we all need something more real, not a stage in the sky.
