Why all the hype on a company that copied our tech?

Just so you know, Search & Save originated the intelligent and integrated questionnaire concept and perfected its use.

Here is the quick back story.

In 2020, our provider data partner (Zelis, the worldwide leader in Provider & facility data) came to us with a request from Optum to build a tool that could gather and/or update a clients profile, RX, pharmacy, provider, and specialist list.

We developed the idea and presented it to them over countless meetings.

Like usual, Optum did nothing with the concept except to leave us hanging with a great idea and no further interest.

Optum never paid us nor thanked us for our work.

We knew this was a great idea and so we invested in having the intelligent and integrated Medicare questionnaire built.

Through a tremendous amount of trial and error and feedback we have created a tool that consumers will actually interact with and is integrated into the Search & Save Medicare system and CRM for agents use.

Many agents are now getting bombarded by endless Retireflo ads.

We will admit that our feelings got hurt by Connecture DRX.

We have been a longtime api customer of theirs and have spent a lot of money with them. We always have considered them a partner. They knew about our Search & Save PURL technology and could have reached out to us for collaboration.

They choose not to, and to partner with a very small operation out of Columbus, Ohio; (interesting same home state as us) Retireflo.

So what are the differences?

IMPORTANT: System integration

The Search & Save system is an all-in-one system. The Medicare system, CRM, Search & Save PURL Technology, Phone, Video, Recording & Storage.

Retireflo can only integrate with the Connecture platform. If you use Sunfire or any other Medicare system or CRM it cannot.

This means agents must manually enter the data collected from the questionnaire pdf provided by the Retireflo system. An electronic piece of paper in all reality.

The Questionnaires:

Retireflo uses one 13 question electronic pdf

Search & Save offers 4 different intelligent & integrated questionnaires.

2 for MAPD (one for new clients and one for existing clients)

2 for Stand alone PDP (one for new clients and one for existing clients)

Since 2020, Search & Save has been working with agents and consumers to perfect our questionnaire. This took a lot of trial and error. We discovered there was a limit to how many questions people would answer.

Cost:

There is only a .01 cent cost difference between the Search & Save PURL ($60 mo) and the Retireflo system ($59.99 mo) but that is far from an equal comparison.

To get the same functionality as the Search & Save PURL, an agent will need to add one some additional tools and cost to the Retireflo tool.

First, the agent must add on the Connecture Edge Compare platform (if they do not get a version of Connecture from their upline). This is $100 per month additional.

Search & Save uses the same Connecture data but charges much less at only $35 per month

Second, the agent must add the Retireflo system at a cost of $59.99 per month.

Search & Save PURL is a $60 monthly add on subscription.

Third, the agent must add on the CRM tool from Agencybloc.

This is another $105 per month for the basic subscription or $145 per month if adding on phone and video recording and storage.

Search & Save includes its CRM at no additional cost.

Search & Save outgoing phone recording and storage is included. Incoming phone recording and storage is only $6 per month per line and is optional. Video recording is only .05 cents per minute with NO storage fees.

Agents definitely like the idea we originated with intelligent and integrated questionnaires to gather or update client data automatically to save time and work.

The cost of such advanced technology can become a barrier to the agents use in the case of Retireflo.

Total monthly / annual cost between these systems?

The Connecture / Retireflo / Agencybloc package is $264 - $299 per month or an annual outlay of $3119.88 - $3,600 (we have applied the annual discount offered by Retireflo for their system paying upfront annually

Search & Save (same Connecture data +, superior provider data) CRM included, and Search & Save PURL is $95 per month . That is $1,140 per year.

A $2000 - $2500 per year savings!

So you decided. $95 per month or $264 - $299 per month
