Search with Purpose

Last year saw the most exciting thing happen to the Jordan-McQueen family with the birth of my beautiful daughter – Margot Alexandra McQueen, in October. If any of you have been wondering why I have been so quiet, that is why! But as 2020 kicks off and I have had the most special couple of months off with my baby girl, I am raring to go again for the year ahead.

Throughout my career, I have helped my clients to grow by attracting the very best leadership and Board talent, often companies that are funded by PE/VC or family-offices. For the past decade, I have dedicated my time exclusively to partnering with companies, investors and entrepreneurs who are ‘impact’ and ‘purpose’ driven. This has been wide reaching but their overarching mission has been to ‘do good’, be that through Smart Energy, Sustainable Agriculture and Food, Circular Economy, Climate Change or Industry 4.0/ Data and Technology.

With the horrific events and realities that have marked the start of this new decade in Australia alone, I could not be more passionate about continuing to build my search business in this vain and watch this space for news of my growth plans later this year! With Mark Carney’s recent appointment as UN envoy for Climate Action and personalities such as Greta Thunberg (whatever your view of her may be), I can only hope that investing for a net-zero world will become truly mainstream.
