Search engine utilization requires holistic, reverse, and divergent thinking.

?

To provide guidance on navigating corporate search engines effectively, I present several thoughts and insights aimed at stimulating further reflection.

?

Independent of the chosen search engine, each mimics human activity in gathering and dispensing search data.

Each sector follows its own distinct structure and patterns.

Grasping these elements allows us to optimize the use of both mainstream and specialized search engines. It's imperative to define our search strategy and keywords in advance.

For our firm, specializing in internal logistics and automated warehousing, understanding our industry’s position and function within the larger industrial and logistical frameworks is vital. Why is this perspective important? While many focus solely on identifying the right keywords, this is merely a starting point. True expertise involves comprehending the search tactics and strategies essential for sourcing business-related information. This includes understanding our market position relative to competitors, which aids in appreciating the wider context—identifying how our services and solutions are positioned, the necessary technologies and processes, and pinpointing relevant geographic areas, markets, customers, and supply chain connections. By considering these questions, we are better prepared to tackle the challenges of search engine utilization.

Major search engines like Google, Bing, and Baidu provide extensive information and credibility, assisting in revealing vital data and customer resources during searches, such as identifying customers, competitors, bestsellers, and purchasing trends. These insights initiate a series of search trends and reverse tracking, leading to an effective search summary.

Thus, adopting a broad perspective is exceptionally beneficial. Information is static, and search engines are akin to well-organized libraries. Our objective, our needs, and how we identify and summarize patterns, methodologies, and routes resemble learning how to learn.

Recognizing the value of this expansive view helps us initially understand the global logistics and warehousing industry's framework and get acquainted with effective search techniques, continually questioning and employing search engines to discover methods, information, resources, and customers. As highlighted before, search engines replicate human behavioral patterns, enabling us to develop a single concept into a detailed industry structure and refine our search terminology and techniques continually.

?

Regarding specific keywords, by the time we arrive at this stage, we would frequently have come across the most pertinent industry terms and search practices, in both Chinese and English. A brief summary aids in pinpointing the key industry terminology and product names. Thus, this denotes learning through reverse thinking and feedback analysis. With this approach, using any search engine becomes a cycle of reverse analysis, feedback evaluation, and concluding insights. The specific data and methodologies evolve naturally through this familiarity with search engines like Taobao, JD.com, Baidu, and Google, which are engineered to emulate human cognitive and learning processes.

?

Confronted with a diverse array of search engines, our approach involves consistently inputting common industry terms and product names, exploring their feedback mechanisms, engaging in reverse divergent thinking, and summarizing to swiftly master business data, global search capabilities, and customs data usage. I share these insights here to encourage further discussion and enhancement of our search engine strategies.

?

For any business, the method for employing public and professional search engines starts with the public ones, supplemented by an understanding of industry structure and broader contexts, bridging gaps through continual reverse thinking and feedback. What we discover is not merely useful information but also a systematic approach and habit of searching. Then, applying this approach, habit, and the crucial industry and product names obtained from valuable information to professional search engines like Fuhuang, we can navigate efficiently, proficiently, and accurately to achieve our primary goal: securing tangible and actionable customer information.

Shared for discussion.
