Hey guys, Katie Cross here with Innovate Dental Marketing and I am here today to talk a little bit about SEO. I promise this will be quick, short, and sweet and you’ll learn some things and find out a little bit more about what we do.??

Search Engine Optimization, that is your SEO search engine, you absolutely have heard of before, you use it every single day.? Every time you click on Google, Yelp, Bing, Yahoo, any of those platforms that you use to search for something that you are in need of; those are your search engine platforms.? Think of this as the back-end of your site, what you can’t see when you’re just clicking through but what is actually making your website work. This is things like your meta title, your meta description, your image alt tags, all of what functionally makes up your website; but also what Google is looking for.??

Google will manually crawl your website all the time because they’re looking for how many keywords pop up, what are the most popular keywords you're using, what is actively being shown to Google’s algorithm; and that’s how Google will rank your website.? It’s one of the main factors of how you are ranking on Google.? Whenever someone looks up “dentist near me” or “dentist nearby” or “dentist near my location” whether that’s in Houston, Texas or wherever you are, that's one of the ways Google figures out who to put at the top of those search pages.??

So as you can imagine it is incredibly important, especially when people are actively looking for you all the time.??

What this looks like for us, for $399 per month we will be those “cyber janitors” that will go in and connect with your mission, whatever keywords you want to be showing up for; that's what we're going to target.?
