Seamaty's Three Core Product Platforms: Biochemical Diagnosis, Immune Diagnosis, Blood Gas Diagnosis

Biochemical testing is the first step in the detection of most diseases and is of great importance for human health. This has been the motivation for #Seamaty to start developing biochemical analyzers.

In October 2015, our first product #SMT100V was presented at the 74th #CMEF Expo in China, marking the official entry of Seamaty's biochemical diagnostic products into the domestic and international pet medical market.

Then, Seamaty has been focusing on the R&D and production of biochemical diagnostic products. With the joint efforts of our R&D team and the whole company, we have developed and produced many products such as SD1 , SMT120 , SMT120V, SMT120VP , and other portable biochemical analyzers for human and veterinary use in just a few years. These products are also exported to 100+ countries and regions around the world, and we have established cooperation with 60+ business partners worldwide.

After the biochemical diagnostic products passed the market test, in order to improve our market competition, our management and R&D team agreed that adding different product lines was the best solution. After a series of market research, we finally selected to develop immuno-diagnostic products and blood gas diagnostic products.

At present, most of the immunoassay analyzers and blood gas analyzers in the market are mainly large instruments, which are generally used in hospitals. In order for these two medical devices to be used at the hospital bedside, in physician office laboratories, in urgent care and retail clinics, as well as at home and for self-testing, the instruments need to be small and portable.

Seamaty R&D team developed the SMT680 and SG1 over a five-year period in order to combine accurate test results with a lighter weight than the larger instruments on the market.

The #SMT680 is a fully automated immunochemistry analyzer using capillary coating technology, micro-antigen, and antibody labeling technology, and chemiluminescence detection technology in POCT; #SG1 is a portable blood gas and electrolyte analyzer using the dry electrochemical method and integrating blood gas and electrolyte testing.
