SEACON 2019 Line-up Announced

SEACON is THE Enterprise Agility conference that brings business and technology together.  

Following our sold-out conferences in 2017-18, SEACON is back to give all areas of your organisation the opportunity to leverage actionable insights from experienced practitioners and thought leaders in Enterprise Transformation, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Design, Agile and DevOps.

On Tuesday 12th November 2019, we have got another incredible line-up and agenda.

In the first session of the day, Mik Kersten, Author of Project to Product, will explain how Value Stream Networks are transforming IT and business. Jane Austin, Head of Design at Babylon Health, will then share her experiences with service design and agility. The session ends with the founder of the Scrum Foundation, Gabrielle Benefield, and Red Hat's Tim Beattie showing us how to construct Outcome Delivery models and how to visualise and apply Outcomes in our own context.

After a break, on the main stage, Simon Wardley (Wardley Maps) will be talking about the importance of Value Chain Mapping in a competitive environment which will be followed by some fascinating lightning talks covering Purpose, Leadership and Optimising Cycle Time. In the breakout room, Matthew Skelton and Manual Pais will be sharing organisational patterns and anti-patterns from their upcoming book, DevOps Teams Topologies, and Weaveworks founder, Alexis Richardson, will be giving an overview of GitOps, why it's an essential step in the evolution of Continuous Delivery.

During the lunch break, there will a number of round table sessions hosted by our sponsors, giving you the opportunity to discuss a variety of Enterprise Agility related topics with your peers.

Back on the main stage, the afternoon sessions kick off with three excellent outcome focussed case studies from the likes of Ovo Energy's CTO and CPO (Ed Connolly and Kim Atherton) as well as the CIO of Volkswagen Financial Services, Christian Metzner. In the breakout room, Adventures with Agile's founder, Simon Powers, returns to orchestrate one of his highly recommended Enterprise Agility Workshops.

In the final session of the day, Jon Smart (Head of Enterprise Agility at Deloitte) and Dan North will be sharing their insights, bringing together an incredible learning experience which will help you and your organisation adapt and grow.
