Considering of PET chips are very sharp and like shots during the filling process by pneumatic system,Our design that add one soft sheet like EPE foam to reduce the shots force and avoid the damage tearing of Liner body.This design is approval and good feedback at the 1st testing process.During the installation process,our teams transfer all the importatant points to operator and how to care the Liner e.g.installation platform,container inspection, hook hanging,reinforcement system.All points will ensure the Liner act in good.

For filling process,Filling spout and vent spout size and position are all good for contecting.And it looks good for the Liner after inflation and attach to walls of container.After filling 25 tons PET chips within 45mins by pneumatic conveying, Bulkhead,Top plus flat and Bar supporting look stronger enough to hold safely and stable for shipment.

For discharging process,It is normal for handling by hooper and tilting-itself trailer to conveying the PET chips to silo within 50mins.The PET chips inside are flow well after the Container tilting step by step.And almost 100% chips were unloading our into the silo.The bottom reforcement system and Liner body are good under 50mins holding.
