SDV INTERNATIONAL | Message about COVID-19

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic intensifies, SDV INTERNATIONAL is working around the clock, and there are two important messages that we would like to share:

1. SDV INTERNATIONAL is here for our staff, our customers and our communities in this time of need
2. SDV INTERNATIONAL won’t stop delivering reliable support to our customer

As the President of SDV INTERNATIONAL for more than a decade, I am honored to serve with highly dedicated people who work for our customers around the world. 

We know this is a difficult and unsettling time and as staff, neighbors, friends and family - and we are in this together. 

SDV INTERNATIONAL is supporting communities throughout the country through charitable contributions and cooperative actions. For instance, we have worked with one of our customers to donate and transfer masks, gloves and other emergency response assets to front-line healthcare providers in Virginia. 

In response to CDC guidelines, SDV INTERNATIONAL has suspended in-person meetings and conferences. Fortunately, SDV INTERNATIONAL has been at the forefront of workforce distribution and teleworking for customers around the world for more than a decade. We are very well prepared for this challenge.

SDV INTERNATIONAL continues to support healthcare organizations around the world. We feel a great sense of confidence and optimism as we see our country come together to fight COVID-19. Watching the USNS Comfort arrive in NYC has been one of the moments that I will never forget, particularly because SDV INTERNATIONAL has supported USNS Comfort with health information management solutions.

Our team wants you to have confidence that SDV INTERNATIONAL won’t stop delivering reliable services that our customers count on day in, day out. We take very seriously our duty to serve, and we understand the critical role SDV INTERNATIONAL plays in responding to the coronavirus challenge by providing critical support to hospitals, health care facilities, emergency response centers, and federal agencies and business partners around the world.

Americans are no strangers to difficult crises and we're confident that, together, we will become even stronger from our current challenges.

In these critical days, we strongly encourage everyone to follow all CDC guidelines and take our national response effort seriously. We are all in this together, and we must band together to win the war against COVID-19.
