SDP-1 Automobile Systems

We are a team of 3 students working together to build a webpage using the knowledge we have gained in our MERN stack web development course. We have a task of gaining knowledge on the Business System - Automobile Systems. All of our User Research work is shown in this article.

We went through a lot of steps in getting to know about Automobile Systems, and in this process we acquired a lot of knowledge, and a better understanding of our goal.

We gathered all the requirements from the customer to build a web application, which is an Automobile data service Application. We surveyed potential users of this application, interviewed them. Through this we gained the User requirements for the application.

We met some people who works in showrooms, servicing places who are familiar with the automobile services .

Conclusion

We identified that customers are not that much keen of visiting showrooms for selection of their vehicle. So, We are providing all the required images, videos and total information about the vehicles and also we are providing on road prices and available discounts. In Addition to that we are also providing contacts of each and every showroom so that customers can clarify their uncertainties.

We are also making sure that every customer gets to know whether the spare parts of their vehicles are available or not.

We used the ways and methods of Design Thinking to find an effective, customer-centric solution for the problems will arise in our Project. It helped us view the Scenario from several point of views and move in an empathetic way.
