Held at the The Eastside Rooms , Birmingham and exquisitely hosted by James Dodkins , the illustrious awards ceremony spotlighted the remarkable talents and achievements of the international landscape of service desk managers, culminating in a special gala evening dedicated to the Service Desk industry.

The awards ceremony was made memorable by the distinguished presence and contributions of Tessa Troubridge, the CEO of SDI, Paul Rodrigues, Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer, Emma Spear. Together, they commemorated the finalists and winners, acknowledging their dedication to excellence in service management and their vital role in advancing the industry.

The SDI Awards, now in their 28th year, have become a beacon for excellence, motivating professionals across the service desk industry. This year's event, attended by industry leaders and influencers, celebrated advancements and dedication in 6 categories, each reflecting the critical facets of service desk operations.?

Nominees were rigorously evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges, who assessed each candidate against stringent criteria designed to spotlight the front-runners of customer service excellence and operational ingenuity.
