Scrum.org Announce No Cost 2nd Attempt For Level I Assessments
Scrum.org have announced some good news for those planning on attending an upcoming Scrum.org Professional Scrum course. They have changed the retake policy around the level I assessments. Here is the announcement:
“If you attend a Scrum.org training class you will learn the importance of inspection, adaptation, and fast feedback cycles. To reinforce those concepts, if you attend the Scrum.org class and attempt the certification assessment within 14 days, but do not achieve a score of at least 85%, you will be given a 2nd attempt at no cost.” – Scrum.org
This policy update applies to the level I assessments for all courses: PSM, PSF, PSD, PSPO, and SPS. It only applies to courses taking place after 12th September 2017.
Scrum.org want to encourage more people to take the assessments soon after the courses. In this way, attendees can better gauge their understanding of Scrum and will be encouraged to continue their post course learning and discovery.

7 年Thanks for sharing this useful information Simon Kneafsey. Is this also applicable when the candidate will take the exam without courses (as the courses isn't mandatory).
