Who is a ScrumMaster?

ScrumMaster = Master of Scrum, who can facilitate a team towards adopting Scrum and through this Scrum adoption, making the team to grow from group to team, and good to great in delivering value for their organization and consumers. ScrumMaster can encourage the team to adopt Scrum or drop Scrum if that does not work for them by their own choice and from retrospectives, and also if team finds Scrum is good for them, then a ScrumMaster can encourage to a team to adopt other agile practices to Scrum, as Scrum is a process framework, than a strict framework, meaning, a team can build - meaning on the Scrum Foundation - on Scrum with other healthy practices of agile like XP, Lean, etc.,

Who is an AgileMaster?

AgileMaster is not often heard term, sometime I personally use this to combine all the practices via the Agile Manifesto 2001 lens to provide better opportunities to adopt agile practices for agility, and it is almost same as Scrum in the goal wise, but different in practices wise by sequence, initially choosing by customizing smaller number of practices that can work, starting with minimal practices, even lesser than Scrum's number of practices, because it is often not the team that is adopting Scrum, rather the organization is adopting by Transparency, Inspect and Adapt approach.
