  • Flexibility: Kanban can be implemented without overhauling the entire process, making it ideal for teams that need flexibility.

When to Use Kanban?

  • No need for sprints: Kanban is ideal when time-boxed sprints are unnecessary, and work can flow in a continuous cycle.
  • Evolving project requirements: Kanban is suitable when project requirements frequently change, and you need to adapt on the go.
