Scrum Values - To show or not to show!!

Most of the organizations focus more on the process while embracing Scrum and completely forget the Scrum Values. Scrum values are an integral part of Scrum and should be given an equal importance.
Think of a scenario here. Scrum Master of a team shows courage and bring forward impediments caused by the management style of pushing things in the name of process which in turn impeding self-organization of the team.
Reality bites here. Scrum Master is told to stop doing this. SM is told to work in line with what is company's way of working even if it is poles apart from Scrum rules.
Now, if you're a Pure Agilist at heart & Scrum Guide is your Bible, you will show more courage and keep on bringing up the incorrect behavior of management. Trust me your name is registered in their "good books" and they will take care of you during appraisal cycle. To be worst you may get fired and replaced by a Dev Lead from the team taking up a dual role of a Scrum Master as well.
Is there a different approach?
As a Scrum Master you can coach & help the organization in its scrum adoption. Make a guild with all the Scrum Masters in the organization and drive this initiative. You need to help employees, stakeholders & line managers understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. It is important that everyone understands what it is and what it is about. Scrum is not just a framework and set of practices. The Scrum Values are an integral part of the framework & without it Scrum simply doesn't work.
I will love to know what kind of approach you would have taken in such scenario? Do share your thoughts, learnings and experience from your agile transformation journey.
