Scrum teams having a common vision allows you to operate well.

I just went through a couple of LinkedIn learnings that inspired me to share my knowledge here.

Scrum relies on the team having the same vision.

Create a vision - Leading a team without a clear vision is like attempting to put together a puzzle without seeing the picture on the box. It is possible, but it will most certainly take longer and cause more unnecessary frustration.

Use visual tools - When developing a common vision for your team, use visual tools to communicate those goals in an authentic and easy-to-understand manner. Visualization can help many people understand topics better. It's also a terrific approach to keep the team on track with goals and progress.

Lead by example - Being named Scrum Master for a team project is a privilege, not a right. You must not only have a thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum, but you must also possess the traits of a successful leader.

Hold team members accountable - Although the Scrum Master is not the project manager, they are nonetheless in charge of resolving team issues. This is not always simple, but in order for a Scrum team to accomplish a project, masters, and members must collaborate to reach a single purpose.

Motivators - As a Scrum Master, you must keep the team engaged and motivated in order to accomplish projects on schedule, under budget, and to high-quality standards. However, the pressure to achieve these criteria can be difficult and detract from the enjoyment of the process at times.

In conclusion, It is unlikely that a team can accomplish everything that needs to be done without exceptional leadership. While Scrum teams should be as autonomous as possible, it is the Scrum Master's role to guide everyone and ensure that Scrum methods are correctly adopted and enforced.
