1. SCRUM TEAM

On the project, everyone works together to complete the set of tasks that they have collectively committed to complete within a sprint. Consequently, scrum teams develop a profound form of camaraderie and a feeling as well that “we’re all in this together.

2. PRODUCT BACKLOG

The Product Backlogs (which is the master list of all functionality desired in the product) are maintained by scrum master. The product owner then describes the top items to the team. The team then determines which items they can complete during coming sprint.

3.SCRUM MASTER

The Scrum Master facilitates the daily scrum and becomes responsible for removing any hindrances that are brought up by the team during meetings.

4. PRODUCT OWNER

Product owner is a scrum development role for a person who represents the business or user community and is responsible for working with the user group to determine what features will be in the product release.
