Scrum master of the year...

I’m still humbled by the recognition as ‘Scrum Master of the Year,’ a title that speaks more to the collective efforts made by all of our amazing teams than to any individual achievement. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my fellow nominees, Josje van Beek and Petra Hoogervorst , whose dedication to scrum principles serves as a constant source of inspiration.

I’m grateful for the enriching sessions led by Steven van den Heuvel and Troubadour Piet Woudt , and Anita Kalmane - Boot , whose insights have undoubtedly enhanced my approach to scrum mastery.

My journey at the Royal BAM Group has been shaped by the unwavering support of my scrum teams, fellow scrum masters, RTEs and Inspinity. Your collaboration has been the cornerstone of our Agile way of working success at the BAM.
