SCRUM Master - a leadership role

We all know that the SCRUM Master serves the team - gets rid of impediments and sees that SCRUM is used. Of course a good way of looking at it is from Jeff Sutherland in Funny Scrum Master Video.

It is very clear that the SCRUM Master is not a classic management role. I think it is best described as a leadership role. A good leader helps the team perform to its full capabilities, but does not do the work of the team. This is what a good SCRUM Master should do.

So SCRUM Masters - you are leading your teams to create more features with better software. You are ensuring that everyone is going to work happily every day. You are solving problems that stop them working efficiently!
