A SM plays major role in the following

  • Facilitator ???: Guides daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Scrum meetings to keep them on track and productive.
  • Coach ??: Helps the team understand and use Scrum practices, encouraging growth and continuous improvement.
  • Impediment Remover ???: Tackles obstacles that block the team's progress so they can focus on delivering great work.
  • Shield ???: Protects the team from distractions and interruptions, making sure they have a clear path to success.
  • Collaborator ??: Works with the Product Owner and other Scrum Masters to align on goals and improve team practices.
  • Change Agent ??: Advocates for Scrum and agile principles, driving positive change within the organization.
  • Mentor ??: Supports and guides team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
