Scrum, lets bring the innovation!

It′s crazy how people talk about innovation and how they really want to Innovate, but most of them are wrong, they believe that is like installing a new program into your computer, we are not machines!
There are a lot ways to innovate, but the most important for that is to change the mind set, there is no way to grow if there is no space, It′s like those cube water melons that came fashion some years ago (by the way people loved those watermelons), if you give a shape to grow, you′ll grow that shape. I am not talking about the 60′s and it′s magics, should be a guidance, a road with the possibility of creating new trails.
Personally I believe in the the agile framework called Scrum, there are others but this is so far the best I know and can be apply to others fields, not only software development companies.
As I mention before, Scrum is not a software that you can install in a computer and make it running, you need to change the mindset of the hole organization because otherwise won′t work, it′s like being healthy, you can′t just do exercise and eat crap food, you need to change your life style, do exercice, eat healthy, be surrounded by healthy people, even having healthy thoughts! and that′s the only way. It′s a change from the inside out.
Because Scrum, is not only the like the cover of a building, is the foundations, columns, pipes... it′s a hole new culture for all the organization.
Good article. Bring a certified scrum master and evolving scrum in my previous job, i couldn't agree more.
