Often, we read something and conceptually understand a bit. But for applying practically at work or even in our life, we get the confusion. This confusion is helping us to learn something deeper if we put in some extra effort. Eventually, you can master the principles when you understand it deeper and apply it.
Here, I will write a series of blog posts in Scrum fundamentals and principles. Nothing is new here. Scrum guide is the base of my writing. I read and learned the principles from many posts written by several experts in the Agile world.
Every author carries their experience. By reading their books/articles or listening to their audio/video lectures open up some additional dimension of thinking and ideas. It affects me too positively. I continue to enjoy reading and curious to learn about it. Such wonderful people around influenced me to write this series of blog posts in the upcoming weeks.
My intention is to give some simple and live examples of the principles without complicating them. I want to end this introduction post with a caution of the word. Please do not consider my posts will explain everything. It is a process; it is experiential learning. What I understood today might better understand by me tomorrow or day-after as I mature in my thought process and experience. Life is a learning journey. So, use my thoughts shared in the blogs as a tool to kindle your thoughts, question them, find your answers.
If you explore and understanding better, I request you to write your feedback through your comments, liking my posts, and most importantly share it with others. This will encourage me to write better and meet your demands.
Sharing is caring. If you care about the world and you found some excellent information from a resource, share it with the world – at least to your friends and colleagues. That is the best way they can also learn and we all build our wisdom together...
