My name is Porter Nielsen, and I am excited to talk to you today about Beynd, the solution to the nightmare of client onboarding.

Your company just landed a client. The sales team spent months getting it to this point in the process, they had a signed contract and the client had greatly enjoyed working with them. It took a lot of effort to land the deal and the sales person was too busy celebrating to properly brief you before the onboarding meeting. On the onboarding call, Steve, your salesperson, introduces the client saying “Happy to have you aboard John. John on the call with us is Peter, Peter is gonna take great care of you moving forward. Steve’s got other fish to catch, it’s going to be hard to get his attention. And this was only the intro call, the process just started!?
