Through #flocculation experiments, the matching #flocculent type and dosing ratio were determined. If two flocculants are needed for effective flocculation, it is recommended to choose two flocculation mixing tanks. The sludge tank should be equipped with a stirring device. Before and during the operation of the #dehydrator, the sludge must be continuously stirred to ensure the relative stability of the sludge concentration.

Before running the #volutedehydrator, the flocculent solution should be infused with the infusion device. Among them, the normal dilution of #polymer flocculent is 500-1000 times. The sludge is passed through the sludge conveying pump, the matured flocculent is fed into the flocculation mixing tank at the same time by the dosing pump, and is fully mixed by a mixer to form flocs, and the concentrate is #thickened by gravity. Drained out of the filter in the #thickening section. The filtrate in the concentration section has a low solid content and is directly returned to the original pond. The concentrated sludge is advanced forward along the spiral axis, and is fully #dehydrated in the dewatering section under the effect of various combined forces. The filtrate in the dewatering section has a high solid content and can be returned to the sludge tank. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the mud cake discharge port, and then sent to the mud truck through a shaftless screw conveyor or directly discharged for reuse.
