Let us show you how easy it is to take your own screenshots with Microsoft.
The first is Windows screenshots.
Use the keyboard PrtScr on the top of your keyboard, next to the F12.
? If you simply click on the PrtScr, it will take the whole screen of your computer.
? If you press the Alt + PrtScr, then only the active window will be visible on the screenshot. This way you don’t have to go through the trouble of cropping the image manually.
The second is using Microsoft Office.
In Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and even PowerPoint, you can insert a screenshot.
? Go to the Insert tab.
? Go down the dropdown menu of Screenshot
? Click on the screen you wish to include.
? A screenshot has now been added to the document.
? You can save the image by right click and choose Save as, picture.
