The North West's Fear Park Partner With Thornton Hall Farm

Scream Fields Fear Park has partnered with Thornton Hall Farm, Barnoldswick on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border to host the brand new scream park experience this October.

Due to the nature of the event and the experience we want to produce, we have made the decision to host the event at Thornton Hall Farm on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border. The team at Thornton Hall Farm are as excited as we are to work on this event and we’re building a partnership that will last for many years to come.

Scream Fields is compromised of 4 scare mazes, 1 scare experience, the scare fair, scream arena and a host of other live entertainment! As the Creative Director, I'm incredibly excited to be working on some of the most unique scare mazes I've ever developed. So without further ado, here's what we have in store:

SCARE MAZE: Carnage

BEHIND THE CURTAINS, A CIRCUS HOLDS MANY SECRETS.

Follow in the footsteps of four foolhardy teenagers and step backstage in this dirty, rundown, decrepit circus full of carnies, clowns and oddities where you’ll feel the wrath of the Carny Code.

MAZE FACT: Carnage is situated in a REAL full-scale Big Top tent!

SCARE MAZE: DEeP RAVE

 A RAVE IN A HAUNTED ABANDONED HOSPITAL… WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

 Sneak into the abandoned ‘Old Mercy Hospital’ for a rave that’s promised to be ‘the best night of your life’, which may be shorter than you hoped…. Get ready to Eat, Sleep, Rave and REST IN PEACE.

 MAZE FACT: This maze has a LIVE DJ every single night – a first in the UK!

SCARE MAZE: KILLER

ANTI-MEAT PROTESTORS IN A BUTCHERS, A RECIPE FOR MURDER.

 After recent protests outside his butchers, local butcher Bill Miller is inviting all anti-meat protestors to step blindly into his killing factory… hold tight to your friends or you’ll be next on his conveyor belt of death.

 MAZE FACT: A section of this maze will be hooded… but forget following the rope, we’ve created an entirely new way to transport you…

SCARE MAZE: The Yard

BREXIT. DIVIDED BRITAIN. MARSHAL LAW. EVERY MAN AND WOMAN FOR THEMSELVES.

After another messy Brexit no-deal, the country is more divided than ever… gone are the days of Remainers and Leavers, this is the age of the cooperative and uncooperative. Keep your heads down, step in line, or you’ll be on the first train to… The Yard!

 FACT: Our own PM, Boris Johnson appears in one of the scenes. This attraction is purposely designed to make guests laugh one minute and scream the next!

SCARE EXPERIENCE: The Reaping (18+)

TRAPPED IN A FARMHOUSE WITH A CULT… COMPLETELY ALONE.

Following another year of low crop yield, Isiah Krahn has taken to extreme measures to provide fruitful harvests, scattering the land with the blood of trespassers as a blood sacrifice to the devil himself.

 Break into the old Krahn farmhouse, but remember, there’s safety in numbers and you’re completely ALONE.

•  The Reaping contains scenes of an adult nature.
• Guests will be restrained, hooded, locked in rooms and forcibly moved.
• The Reaping is an additional upcharge of ￡6 per person.

 FACT: The Reaping is a different take on an alone experience, the aim of the game is to escape… by any means necessary.

 The Carnival has come to town! Enjoy a number of rides and attractions for the thrill-seekers, or those looking for something a little ‘tamer’ than our Scare Mazes.

An assault on the senses hits all that venture into the Scream Arena. With live music, food, drinks, a fully-licensed bar and live DJ’s, dance the night away… it may be your last!
