SCR Traders: Performance trading report for January 2024
Dear colleagues and our subscribers,
Traditionally, we summarize the results of our work for the previous trading period. The review pertains to our main trading strategy, "SCR-EURAUD". This trading system plays a key role in our operations and is applied to the majority of trading accounts under our management. The trading system is a fully automated algorithm based on short-term market fluctuations after the North American trading session, during periods of reduced market liquidity and volatility.
? We enter 2024 with the first profitable month. ?
Monthly return of our main account with the most conservative risk management settings was +1.6%. The accounts with increased risk show higher profitability figures accordingly. Our trading account operates with a maximum allowable drawdown of no more than 5%. You can see the account's performance curve in the screenshot.
?? An important feature of January was the new record increase in TWR (Time-Weighted Return): +278.63%. This indicates that we have exited the drawdown, and total cumulated profit has reached new highs compared to the previous year.
