SCPPL's VVIP Circuit House, Pune project won the BAI-Shirke Award for Well Built Structure Competition 2016 in Government Buildings Category

SCPPL’s Precious and Meticulous project VVIP Circuit House, Pune has been appreciated by the Builders Association Of India, Pune Centre with the prestigious “BAI~Shirke Award”.

The facilitation of the award takes place in Pune through the honorable guest – Mr. Abhai Sinha, Director General of CPWD, Delhi and Mr. L. Moorthy Vice President BAI, South Zone, and respected members of BAI, Pune Centre.

The craftsmanship of this masterpiece is marvelous! Our team has taken tremendous efforts & spirit to build this structure, and this award is the gift of their hard-work!

The project sets an excellent example on energy and resource conservation, due to which this project becomes the first government building for Public Works Department (PWD) Pune, Maharashtra; to receive 5 star ratings from the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA).

The jury panel and their selection criteria’s were tough one, Team SCPPL has taken day and night efforts to make Project documentation and presentation to succeed in this competition. It was a really remarkable work of our team, and we appreciate each one for their diligent efforts.

Our passion and commitment in maintaining the safety and green building standards and the overall Project management, bestow us this wonderful award.

We have entered in this competition with two Projects, another one was – Rehabilitation of the Malin Village, in Ambegaon Taluka of the Pune District, Maharashtra. This project also been appreciated by all the Jury members, BAI Members and Director General, CPWD-Delhi. SCPPL’s Efforts and Dedication in providing shelters with the well build structure and relevant amenities for the landslide affected people, was able to keep the hopes alive.
