I have seen dozens of companies trying to "Fix" Elderly Health Care problems. in?#IoT,?#ENT?SW,?#HealthTech,?#HealthCare… blah blah blah. While few, if any, have achieved the famed Unicorn status, many did not make it to a horse rank, not even a donkey!!
This ruling may get you in if you are still grazing the field.
The?#SCOTUS’s decision allows private litigants to bring civil claims against facilities for violations of certain provisions of the Federal Nursing Home Reform Act (?#FNHRA?).
Under the FNHRA,?#Medicaid?funding nursing homes must meet certain standards to ensure residents’ health, safety, and dignity. Why, the enforcement was done by the government ONLY. Now, sue baby, sue!!!
Private litigants may bring lawsuits against nursing homes.
I can see the TV ads already – along with?#Asbestos,?#BabyPowder,?#EpiPen, and ….
This thing will incentivize FNHRA compliant nursing homes (and others) to enhance their monitoring and compliance processes.
Can you get a piece of that? Damn right, you can. Now, it is a race for first to market. System to manage/improve/optimize..etc the work.
