While we are obviously delighted with all of these awards, a few stand out to us. Anyone who has ever implemented a new software solution at their agency or business knows that the success of said implementation depends on whether your team is convinced to change the way they work and adapt to the new software. And this can often be an agonizing process. So winning the award for Highest User Adoption is a testament to how hard we have worked to make Scoro easy to implement and, above all, truly useful to our customers, regardless of their role or position.

This ties into our next favorite category, Fastest Implementation. Kudos goes to our onboarding team who assist our new customers in this process, either through in-person help or through their amazing self-onboarding program. We know that our customers' businesses move fast, and we try to match their ambition by making Scoro as user friendly as possible.

At Scoro we are focussed on helping our customers to go beyond merely delivering their projects on time by giving them the tools they need to determine whether they are actually making money, being able to forecast their resources, and really focus on driving profitability, so naturally it brings us joy to be hailed in the Best Estimated ROI category as well.
