Score a Goal Against Domestic Abuse!

Score a Goal Against Domestic Abuse!

On any given day in Illinois there are 501 unmet requests for help from victims of domestic violence and abuse.

Connections for Abused Women and their Children (CAWC) is the oldest and largest nonprofit in the Chicago area that serves victims of domestic violence and abuse. Our Greenhouse Shelter is one of the largest shelters for women and children in the region.

YOU can help CAWC to help more women and children escape domestic abuse!

The professional women's soccer team, the Chicago Red Stars have generously provided a way for CAWC to raise money and awareness for our work, while providing a fun time for CAWC supporters. The Saturday, September 24 soccer match between our own Chicago Red Stars and the Washington Spirit, $5 from every ticket sold on the TicketMaster.com website and using promo code "CAWC" will be donated to CAWC to help victims of domestic abuse. Home games are played at the terrific Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois.

That's right! For each ticket you purchase for the Sept. 24th game using the Offer Code “CAWC” on the Ticketmaster website, the Chicago Red Stars will donate $5 to Connections for Abused Women and their Children.

Please purchase your tickets now by using this link to the TicketMaster.com website. Don’t forget to enter the Offer Code “CAWC.”

Please forward this message to your family, friends, and colleagues on LinkedIn and Facebook! Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. [email protected].

Thanks again, and see you on September 24th!
