With high-level emotional intelligence, you can command any space and create long-lasting interpersonal relationships that create the trust you need to build a brand that succeeds.
You’ve been a drone to the organization for 10 to 20 years, and a fantastic one at that. The numbers produced and the moves made up to this point have been based on the organization’s objectives and not your own.
Authenticity is the quality of being genuine or true.

STEP 2: Align your actions with your words
Let your “yes” be yes and your “no” be no. Talk is all too cheap; we are suffering a global shortage of good character and follow-through. Absolute honesty with yourself and others fosters a level trust and confidence seldom seen in any business sector. The ability to say something and be taken at your word will carry you. You are your brand, so give the people something to believe.

STEP 3: Be consistent
Consistency is paramount in fostering scalable success. You are already a leader of your word, and your excellence precedes you, but consistent actions are the key to compounding your wins. Your daily schedule will flouring as you make success-honing adjustments instead of reinventing the wheel. Likewise, your mentees will understand the goals and expectations you have for them as they strive to take the initiative.
STEP 4: Be vulnerable
Flaws and weaknesses are inescapable. You aren’t fooling anybody, and that’s alright; the helmsman of a ship can’t control the weather. Reflect, reevaluate, and relate with your team on real struggles. In addition to seeing an in-real-time example of aggressive personal growth and authenticity, they can better understand what makes you tick.
When they can identify the gaps, they can step up, and you can step it up.
