“Scoop” and Truth in Journalism !!!

?As a loyal follower of investigative dramas, I recently stumbled upon the Netflix series “Scoop”. this series is a must watch for everyone. With clever storytelling, intense plot twists and remarkable plot twists, the series succeeds in enthralling the audience and shedding light on the world of journalism. Crime reporter “J. De” was murdered on June 11, 2011. An FIR was registered against 11 persons including Chhota Rajan in this case. Later, the court found Chhota Rajan guilty in this case. Journalist “Jigna Vora” was also accused in this case.

But later Jigna Vora was released. Scoop is a webseries inspired by this incident and “Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison”. “Hansal Mehta” has succeeded in portraying in an excellent manner how big is the web of cover-up and illegal dealings, from high-ranking officials to influential industrialists, and how this journalist gets caught in it, how suddenly the whole situation changes. At the heart of “Scoop” is the role of journalism in challenging and exposing corruption. The serial reflects the corruption that the main character ‘Jagruti Pathak’ faces and the challenges faced by a real-life journalist who risks her career and personal safety to highlight wrong doings.
