I.e. the Nuking of Pyongyang, North Korea would only commence if Defacto president, Musk, felt if doing so would open Pyongyang up business opportunities for him to invest in

So where is TRUMP? Trump as acting VICE President would be Elon Musk's foil as to take all the heat as to the actions of a non existent in real documentation, but DEFACTO active Musk presidency,

Least logic dictates that Trump will be Elon Musk's foil, to take all the heat of Musk bad decisions of how to run America into the ground.

Thats least logic, and mean while why would Musk want Trump to take over ceremonial duties while Musk does the hard work of running America into the ground?
