?We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Equinox in their new high-end membership program, “Optimize by Equinox”. This program, designed to help clients achieve their longevity goals, includes comprehensive health assessments and personalized wellness plans, with PNOē providing the method for VO2 max testing.
Equinox 's $40,000 annual membership promises to help members “live 100 healthy years.” Launching in New York City and Highland Park, Texas, in partnership with Function Health, the program will eventually expand to other states. It aims to deliver personalized health and fitness plans based on extensive biomarker and fitness tests. These tests will measure over 100 aspects of health, including VO2 max, strength, movement range, heart, kidney, metabolism, and immune system function, among others.
Clients will receive a total of 16 hours of coaching and training each month, including personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, sleep coaching, and monthly massages. Despite the high cost, the program reflects a growing trend among high-income individuals to invest heavily in their health and longevity.
