Conditions for Spiritual Food-
There are many conditions required for Spiritual Food. Some of them are listed below:
1/ Spiritual food must be prepared in Satvik atmosphere by Satvik person at Satvik place with
Satvik ingredients with Satvik thoughts.
Satvik means truthful.
2/ If it is made out from grains, it must be grown in Satvik atmosphere, Satvik place by Satvik
person with Satvik soil, water, fertilizers etc.
3/ There should not be violent thoughts, actions by the persons who are involved in earning,
growing, preparing and serving the food.
4/ If food is not made up by grains or it is fruit etc. Then the environment, place, persons
involved in growing, watering, serving the trees by whom it is grown must be Satvik, non-violent.
Water, soil, fertilizers used for its growing must be Satvik. All the persons involved in it must
earn their livelihood by honesty and peacefully.
These are some essential considerations for Satvik Spiritual food. In Sat Yug, it was possible to
maintain these conditions.
But in the age of today it is not possible for an ordinary household person.
Hence we can do whatever possible for us.

Two parts of the food-
Your food makes your body. Whatever food you eat, your body will become as per that.
Mainly there are following two parts of any food Veg or Non-veg:
Sthool Part - It is visible part of the food which you eat. It makes your visible body.
Sookshm Part - It is invisible part of the food. It is called subtle part of the food. It makes your
invisible part of your body ie your subtle body. Your subtle mind is also built up by this subtle
part of the food.
Subtle part of the food includes Rasa etc which is essential for preparing your subtle body.
Subtle part of the food also depends upon the the thoughts, violent or non-violent nature of the
food maker, raw food or the place where it is grown and eaten.

True Story of reincarnation:
It is a true story, published in Kalyan magazine of Gita Press Gorakhpur.
One couple was blessed with a son after so much time of their marriage.
Just after the birth the son got some illness.
Parents tried their best to treat the son with the help of best doctors. But the son could not
recover. His treatment continued till he became ten years old. His condition was deteriorated.
One day the son was about to die.
He told father that during last birth he and his father were friends. His father took Rupees ten
thousand on loan from him but did not repay it. Today this amount along with the interest is
recovered which his father spent in his illness since his birth.
Son told - I have not forgotten this. I still remember it.
Father replied - Yes, I also remember it and I am sorry for that.
After telling this, the son died.
Your son, daughter, friend and enemy come to your life so that you can repay their debts of
previous births!
