years.

How is your body?
*You are not a body. You are soul, self, Atma. Do you know? What
is human body?
*Your body is a knot. Your body is a liability. Your body is a kind of
negativity. Your body is a bondage. You are bound by your body.
You have become slave of your body. Though you are Swami or
Master of your body. You are controller of your body. But your
body has controlled you. Your body is your enemy. And also your
body is your friend if you can utilize it for the required purpose.
Your body is a gift which has been given to you to know your
purpose and to achieve it in this birth itself.
*When a drop of semen of your father and a drop of Rujj of your
mother was mixed, then your body was created and you took
birth. What is Rujj? During the periods of a woman impure blood
is taken out by the nature. But the pure blood is used for creating
the body of baby. That is called Rujj.
*Rujj and Virya ke sanyog se sharir banta hai.
*Its meaning in EnglishHuman body is created when Rujj is mixed with the semen. Then
you take birth.
*Human body is like mud which can not be purified. Human body
is itself impure. But you are very pure and sacred since you are
self, soul or Atma.
*Kabir has rightly saidYeh tan vish ki belri,
Guru Amrit ki khan.
*Its meaning in English-
Human body is like a pot filled with the poison. But God or a true
Guru is like nectar. Since God or Guru is not a human body. God
or Guru is pure Atma, self or supreme soul which is full of nectar.
*Guru Vashishtha tells to lord Rama in Yoga Vashishtha Maha
RamayanO Rama, never consider yourself a human. To consider yourself a
human is a sin. Always consider yourself self, soul or Atma.
This preaching is not only for lord Rama but for all of us.
Same is true for all of us.
*Human body is a disease which is more dangerous than any
other disease. Hence human body is called Bhav Rog.
Any other disease gives trouble only in this birth. But the Bhav
Rog is a disease which causes trouble in every birth. We have to
cure ourselves from this most dangerous disease called Bhav
Rog in this birth only. And we can cure it with the help of Sri
Krishna and His Gita.
*Human body is like a prison, jail. Hence it is called Karm
Bandhan.
A bird can not remain happy in a cage. Bird remains happy when
it is free. You are such bird. Body is your cage.
*A fish can not remain alive without water. If you also become like
this fish, then you can surely know Sri Krishna in this birth itself. If
you can't live alive without Paramatma or Almighty even for some
moments, you will immediately know Almighty God or Sri
Krishna!

*I am not a body!

When you are about to sleep
*When you go to sleep slowly slowly but you don't want to sleep
and you can not control. When it is not in your hand to remain
awake. Hence you are fighting with the sleep that you should not
sleep.
Then try to observe your sleep. Then, please notice very
minutely.
*Then you stop to see your body and this world slowly slowly.
And at last, you don't see your body and this world.
Only you are left. But you are left with pleasure. You remains
happy in sleep.
You feel comfortable.
*It means you are not a body.
You were just seeing your body and this world. But when you
slept, you stopped seeing your body and this world.
Still you existed but without your body and this world. That is the
reason, you experienced pleasure during your sleep but without
your body.
Same is your true state full of pleasure.
*Same is the case with Samadhi.
When we go to Samadhi slowly slowly, we stop to see the body
and this world.
And at last we don't see the body and this world when we go to
Samadhi fully.
Still we remain, though body and world are not visible during the
Samadhi. We feel a state of pleasure during this time of
Samadhi.

Who is doing everything?
*When everyone is Brahman!
When only Brahman exists!
When there is no other!
Then who can do everything?
*Nothing exists except Brahman!
Then doer is also one Brahman!
No one else is available to do!
Why should you have any doubt?

He is Krishna, Rama, Shiva!
Whatever you can name Him!
*He is your true well wisher!
He is your only mother!
He is your only father!
Of your thousands of births!
*Can He do anything wrong?
He gives you as you deserve!
He can do nothing wrong!
*Every Karma needs to be neutralized!
Certainly you will have pain pleasure!
*Only way to be beyond pain pleasure!
Your Karma needs to be unattached!
*Be beyond Karma!
While doing everything!
Don't be attached with Karma!
Don't be attached with its fruit!
*You can't do anything!
You are like a wooden puppet!
He makes you dance always!
*He creates thought in mind!
You act as per thought!
Good Karma creates good thought!
Thus He makes you dance always!

Secret of Good Health
More comfort to body creates bad health.
Less comfort to body creates good health.
I am sharing my true experience as a proof.
It is the incident when I was posted in New Delhi.
It was a very busy life in Delhi.
I was habitual of travelling by car since it was comfortable for
me.
After some time I noticed breathing problem. I couldn't walk even
500 meters. I couldn't climb even to first floor. And when I used
to do this, I couldn't breathe properly. I used to become tired. I
was fed up due to breathing problem.
Then I decided to go to my office by feet.
My office was not too much far away. It was about two kilometre
away from my residence.
Daily I used to go office by feet. I used to return by feet. In
between crossing of road was required at one place. It was a
very busy road. There was a foot over bridge. Other people used
to cross the road from road only. Hardly any one was using that
bridge. I thought that government has provided this public
facility after spending crores of rupees. Why should I not utilize
this facility? Hence I used to climb the stairs of foot over bridge.
And I used to cross the road by the foot over bridge.
I measured timing. When I crossed the road using foot over
bridge it took about 3 minutes. When I crossed the road without
using foot over bridge it took 5 to 10 minutes or more time
depending upon the traffic. Hence it saved my time.
All this was uncomfortable for me. But I got an opportunity to do
a natural exercise.
After about one month my all breathing problem was vanished.
Thus I could recover my normal health without the use of any
medicine.
Gym is an artificial way of exercise.
Do exercise naturally!
Use your body as much as possible!
Medicine is not the only solution of the problem. We must find
out the root cause of the problem. Then the problem should be
finished from the root itself.
Comfort to body invites more trouble to the body.
Our body is like a machine. If you don't use any machine for
some years, what will happen? It will be rusted. Same is the case
with our body.
Utilize your body as much as possible. Avoid comfort to the
body.
This is a secret to keep your body healthy!

*Who is the wisest?

*Negative points of your family members, relatives, friends to be
hidden in front of others.
Positive points of your family members, relatives, friends to be
revealed in front of others.
*Who informs your negative points in front of you. He is your true
friend. Since he gives you a chance to improve yourself. Else you
can't notice your negative points.
*Who tells your positive points to encourage you. He is your true
friend. Thus he keeps you motivated to go higher.
*Who hides his virtues from the society. He is the wisest. Virtues
are like camphor. If you don't hide them, they will fly into the air
and you will remain without virtues.
*Who reveals his negative points. He is the wisest. Negative
points are like camphor. If you reveal your negative points, they
will fly into the air and you will remain without negative points.
*Any one comes to you. If you praise him. If you reveal his
qualities ignoring his shortcomings. Then you are the wisest.
Then you give him a chance to improve him. Lord Rama had such
quality. He always used to praise when anyone used to visit him.
He used to praise the one to whom He visited ignoring his
shortcomings.
*The person who sees God inside of everyone even if a person is
sinner or virtuous. He is the wisest. Lord Rama used to see
Almighty inside of everyone.
*You are also like Lord Rama.
You can also become like Lord Rama.
If you follow these tips.
Then you are the wisest.
