True Incident With Me-
I was posted in Jodhpur. It might be the year 1991. There is very famous temple of Ramdevra
about 200 kms from Jodhpur. I planned the visit for Ramdevra Darshan.
I boarded the train and I might be on the mid-way. I was sleeping for some minutes while taking
rest in the train. All of the sudden I woke up. I was dazzled by the view of Lord Krishna in
Chaturbhuj form of Vishnu in front of my eyes. I couldn't believe but it was true. It was too much
shining. Still I have not forgotten about it. Chaturbhuj means a form in which Lord Vishnu is
shown in His popular form of four hands.
Then I could understand, what people used to talk in Jodhpur about the glory of Ramdevra
Temple, it was not false.
You can Google search about it. There is very famous Ramdevra Fair held every year between
August and September.
Sri Krishna is only Lord Vishnu. He comes in the form of Pir and Paigambar from time to time.

Everyone is preparing himself!
To fight with the Covid!
But no one is preparing for death!
Which is very very certain!
One may have vaccination!
One may have Oxygen Cylinder!
But one can't escape the death!
Though it is not bad!
If one prepares to fight with Covid!
But, if one gets ready for death!
Nothing on earth can harm him!
One is the most wise!
Who prepares for the death!
Then one prepares for everything!
Prepare for death first of all!

Other States To Follow-
Many states have adopted praiseworthy steps to fight with the Covid. All other states need to
follow the same with true spirit.
Then certainly we will win this war against Corona. The following steps are really praiseworthy:
1/ Mobile ICU in the State Transport Buses to reach in to the villages and the remote places.
This has been started by the Karnataka Govt.
2/ Mohalla vaccination centers in every colony. This has been started by the Maharashtra Govt.
3/ Watching the defaulters of Covid rules by Drone Cameras. This has been started by
Telangana Govt.
4/ Mobile vaccination buses to reach in to the villages and the remote places.
5/ Mobile Covid Testing buses to expand testing facilities to villages and the remote places.
6/ Mobile watching units in the vehicles to keep the record of all Covid deaths. Extending free
cremation facilities for all poor people, villagers due to Covid deaths.
7/ All state governments can learn from each other by improving communication during this
crucial time. For this purpose necessary responsible Officer may be appointed by them.
If all governments follow above steps with true Spirit, the war against Corona can be won
without much delay.

Steps Need To Be Taken By Govt and Role of District Administration to Fight With Covid
Revised
The following steps need to be taken by each government, it may be central or state. In case of
death by Covid, the following steps may be required. Role of every district administration is very
crucial in this regard.
1/ If main earning member has died, family needs to be given some immediate financial help. It
may be minimum Rs 25000/-.
2/ If main earning member has died, some family pension may be given to the family. It may be
minimum Rs 3000/- pm.
3/ If both the parents have died, then the children may be given family pension minimum Rs
3000/- pm.
4/ If main earning member has died, then free ration needs to be given to the family at least for
one year. It must include minimum 10 Kg of grains per month.
5/ If main earning member has died, free education to the children may be given.
6/ If main earning member has died, job on compassionate ground may be given to at least one
child as per the age requirement.
7/ Some minimum conveyance may be arranged by the government or with the help of any
social/ religious organization or local NGO by the district administration so that the patients from
nearby villages or remote place may be transferred to the nearest available hospital for COVID
treatment.
8/ Those poor people who are not having money for cremation of dead body, may please be
provided immediate financial help by the district administration for the same purpose. It may
also be done with the help of local NGO or social/ charitable organizations.
9/ In case of poor families, free food arrangements may be made by the local administration. It
may also be done with the help of local NGO or social/ religious organizations or charitable
organizations.
NOTE : If you are a responsible citizen, please forward it to every state government and district
administration for their guidance so that they may note the missing points if any for taking
needful actions.

National Policy For COVID Vaccination-
The following Major points for National Policy and required SOP need to be included at all India
level. And this needs to be made by Govt Of India as standard guidelines except in exceptional
cases.
1/ First preference may be given to Medical Doctors, Nurses and those directly connected with
the treatment of Covid patients. It must also include the forces of Army, Air Force and Navy.
2/ Second preference may be given to Police, Paramilitary forces like BSF, ITBP, CISF
CRPF,etc. These may also include the media persons and the people indirectly connected with
the treatment of Covid.
3/ Third preference may be given to those people who are more than sixty years old and those
who are more vulnerable to catch Corona.
4/ Fourth preference may be given to those people who are directly connected with home
delivery of essential services of all Government and private companies.
5/ Fifth preference may be given to all government officials and staff.
6/ Sixth preference may be given to those people who are more than 45 years age.
7/ Seventh preference may be given to those who are more than 18 years old.
I remember that when I used to study in class 4 or 5, people used to visit in our School for
Smallpox vaccination.
Same thing may be adopted for COVID vaccination.
All the students may be given Covid vaccination through their Schools. For this purpose School
Administration may be given the responsibility. Even if Schools are closed, they may be opened
for Vaccination purposes.
