THE SCIENCE OF FULFILLMENT: There’s a Map

THE SCIENCE OF FULFILLMENT: There’s a Map

Have you ever tried to take a trip without directions??If you have, I venture to guess you experienced feeling lost, unsure of which turn to take, you might even look to others for help or advice.

Life’s journey can sometime feel the same way.?For most of us, our childhood gave us a map.?Either through the examples of our parents, or advice we received from family and friends.?We learned early in life to look for acceptance from others; validation that we were on the right path.

What if I were to tell you there is a map – would you use it??It just so happens there is a map to fulfillment, The Barrett Model https://www.barrettacademy.com/about-2020/the-barrett-model one that is based on science and aligns with our levels of personal development.

?“The Barrett Model is the breakthrough work of Richard Barrett. Inspired by Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and tested over more than two decades of real-world experience, the model identifies the seven most important areas of human motivation. These range from basic survival at one end of the scale, to societal contribution and future generations at the other end of the scale. The model provides a proven map for understanding the evolution of personal values, organizational values, leadership values, and community and societal values.” www.barrettacademy.com

Unfortunately, most people are not exposed to this map, because it doesn’t lead to fortune or fame, it only leads to personal fulfillment.?That’s the whole idea behind awakening to your authentic self, understanding the path to fulfillment.?I know because I have experience that feeling of being lost even when my life looked perfect from the outside.?That’s all the evidence I needed that there must be a better way.?Read more about the theoretical support of the Barrett Model https://www.valuescentre.com/resource-library/theoretical-support-barrett-model/

If you feel lost, even though your life looks perfect, there is something missing.?That missing part is understanding your authentic self.?You have not spent the time looking inside yourself to learn who you are and why you are here.?It’s time for you to take an honest look at yourself and ask, “Am I on the right path?

We are embarking on the most important time in human history and those who know need to coalesce.?Join us at www.awakenonemillion.com to be part of a global movement focused on raising the conscious awareness of a million people by 2032 and in doing so, increase the harmony of humanity through the science of fulfillment.?

I need to take a look at this model. Haven't heard of it before! But, since I enjoy using/referencing Maslow's hierarchy... this will be fun additional knowledge! Hope you are well!

I appreciate that the Barrett Model can be applied to other areas like leadership, organizational and societal. It’s not a one-size fits all like many other models. The Personal Development Model resonates well with me. I can see where #AOM fits in level 4 ??
