A deep dive into caffeine, performance, and sleep
Last month I wrote about caffeine and its impact on both our performance and sleep, and it was clear it's a topic many of you care about.
I also shared an 8-minute video that nicely explains some of this, but there were quite some things I wanted to add (and even correct) in that video, as I felt these were important, interesting to know, or simply missing.
So…

1 年Thanks Els. Maybe this is the key that unlocks that elusive extra hour of (deep?) sleep. I was aware of the half time aspect for caffeine so use it only in the AM, but let’s see how reducing the amount works. Going back down to one cup per day…
