5) Power Up with Intermittent Fasting

Okay, this one change has been a?game-changer - intermittent fasting. Say goodbye to mindless snacking and hello to time-saving, body-optimizing superpowers.?

Here's how simple it is: I stick to three satisfying meals a day, making sure my last eating session wraps up by 7:00 PM. Then, I hold off on breakfast until 10:00 AM the next day.

No more wandering off on snack quests! With structured meal times, I can focus on making healthier choices and indulge in guilt-free enjoyment. Bring on the veggies! Oh, and did I mention I’m working on my sugar addiction? I try to replace those sugary bombs with more greens and proteins.?

Don’t get me wrong - I still love me some sugar. Truth be told, because I’m more focused on how I feel, it’s been easier to reach for a chopped salad over a bowl of sugar cereal. Well, at least most of the time.
