Sciatic nerve, obturatory nerve and sacral plexus endometriosis
The procedure was carried out in a woman with previous attempt of excision by open surgery.
Deep endometriosis did not only involve the sciatic nerve and sacral plexus, but also the low rectum, vagina, bladder and ureter, resulting in a long procedure with challenging dissection of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
