Sciant newsletter - S1E2

The autumn is a springtime in reverse, someone said. Autumn is the season when you pick up the fruits from your hard work throughout the year and you start to prepare for the next one. For Sciant 2022 has been very successful so far. For the first half of the year we achieved revenue increase, we won new customers and retained the old ones. We received valuable awards from Financial Times, Clutch and The Manifest.?

We are constantly striving to reach the next level - in knowledge and experience, in customer service, in delivering successful projects.

One of the company's main "trademarks”, that we are proud of, is that we encourage our employees to achieve their potential. And here is a story from behind the scenes.

On her first day at Sciant our marketing manager had to create a print campaign in just one day. And when she showed the proposal to Evlogi Georgiev (our CEO), the feedback was:

?- Ok, now I will tell you what I think but you will decide what to do. The page looks nice. For sure it will do the work, but it’s not great, it’s not something that you will remember. In Sciant we always try to make things better than the others. That’s why we put efforts to achieve the extra mile. It’s up to you to decide whether you will change something in this print ad, it's not my notes that are important. The key factor is whether you want to be like the others or to be better. You have the possibility to do whatever you want - you are responsible for the marketing part, I’m just in charge of your mistakes.

Why are we telling you this? Because it’s really important to know that someone believes in you, encourages you and gives you the opportunity to make decisions. In less words - helps you to overachieve. At Sciant we not only have corporate values, but we stand for them.
