Sattvik Council of India is looking for a "Research Analyst" to join for the IRCTC project for (India Operations)

Responsibilities:

1)?Research, creation, and monitoring of drafts for the implementation of policies in train kitchens.

2) Summarizing the project results?

3) Identifying and compiling lists of potential research subjects in accordance with project objectives and parameters

4) Reporting to the senior authorities of the organisation.

5) Well-versed with food safety management systems.

6)Travelling to various IRCTC base kitchens of North Zone.

Mandatory: 03 month?Probation Period?

(Travelling allowance and daily allowance will be provided by us)

Requirements -?An undergraduate or a post-graduate in Food technology. (B.Sc/B.tech)
