School holidays = slow progress.
The team at Cassidilly have made a lot more progress that me during the school holidays...

School holidays = slow progress.

At the start of the school holidays I wrote a list.

It was entitled, "actions for during the school holidays".

On there were a selection of tasks related to the future roadmap of FounderON . Some little quick tasks and some pretty big projects.

But, I had 6 weeks of school holidays ahead of me and plenty of time at home to make some good progress.

With a week to go before our kids head back to school, I can confirm that the list is 4 times as long with nothing crossed off.

I would guess I'm not alone!

I've found the time on holiday and with the kids at home great for thinking of ideas and terrible for getting anything done. Even when I was home-alone, I've just not been able to take action. Almost like I've felt that I'm on school holidays too.

But it's time to shake it off as Taylor would say. I have some big plans and need to start making progress.

I hinted at a new product/service from FounderON on a previous update, called FounderON ADVANTAGE.

What I've noticed since launching my 1:1 mentoring is that charging huge fees isn't the only way to build a successful business. With the mentoring, and then the digital courses I built, I've focussed on making it as low cost as possible.

The very people I want to support (founders) are most likely to be struggling in some form with cash flow, so the last thing I want to do is add to that problem.

So my plan for FounderON ADVANTAGE is to develop a product/service that allows me to make the support I offer even cheaper, to work with as many founders as possible.

Increased volume, reduced cost.

And in addition to reducing the cost of my own service, I want to help save founders other costs too.

While working with many founders, I get to see what their most common expenses are. Costs for accounting, legal support, HR, rent, marketing, lead gen. Lots of small, but still £50+ monthly costs that all mount up.

The plan for FounderON ADVANTAGE is to give founders a support in all of those areas, but for a super low monthly cost.

I want people to be able to sign up and instantly save 10 times the amount that it costs.

But it'll only work financially for me with volume. And with that volume becomes more value to the existing subscribers.

All a bit cryptic I know, and I will give much more detail soon. I just want to make sure I can deliver on all of the bits before I announce them.

But the goal is that you won't be able to believe the value you get for such a low monthly cost (I'm talking sub-£50/m).

I'll be reaching out to people shortly to see if they want to get involved or help me test it further down the line.

If you're a founder, and interested in helping me develop it, it would be great to hear from you.

But for now, I have some to-do list ticking to do...

Thanks for sharing your progress and updates. Chris Mole

I have a very similar list, can’t wait to get mine back to school next week. ADVANTAGE sounds ace!
