"Dialogue surrounding the field of chemistry and the implementation of that science into design has fascinated me because of the diverse use cases of chemical engineering," states Kyle Oubre , winner of a 2023 National Merit 美国德克萨斯A&M大学 Scholarship. "Chemical engineering at Texas A&M will provide me with the skillset to enter any of the professional careers I am interested in: medicine, business, pharmaceuticals, or material science fields," he explains. Kyle hopes to take on impactful research during his time in college while also job-shadowing professionals in various fields to find which career suits him best.

Kyle declares, "I am extremely grateful to be recognized among some of the most outstanding students in our education system . . .
