It adopts a JKMD2.25 * 4I multi rope friction hoist with a head rope of 6 V * 30+F C diameter Ф 22 m m m, tail rope model 18 * 7+FC diameter Ф 32mm, the wellhead is located in the middle of 0m, and the bottom of the well is located in the middle of 470m (cage operation position). Two No. 2 multi rope friction type cages are arranged on the east and west sides, with No. 1 cage on the west side (near the pedestrian compartment side) and No. 2 cage on the east side. At present, the head rope has reached its service life and needs to be replaced. Based on the actual working conditions of the 0 m shaft in Santou Mine, the following rope replacement plan and safety measures are prepared:

1 Scheme Overview

Reel the four new first ropes onto the wire barring gear with brakes, and secure them on the front parking lot at a distance of 10 m from the wellhead in the sequence of rotating the first ropes to the left, right, and left. Use a 3 ton temporary winch to pull the new head rope on the rope turning gear from the 2 # shaft, pass through the upper crown wheel to the winch room, bypass the hoist drum, and then pull to the lower crown wheel to the 1 # shaft (the shaft near the ladder), where the new rope passes through the lower clearance of the peach ring of the tension balancing device, using φ Make a rope loop with the cat claw clip, and clip the new and old ropes together. Tie the excess rope ends firmly with iron wire.

The signal worker starts the elevator to lower the No. 1 tank and lift the No. 2 tank. A plate clip is installed every 20m, and the No. 2 tank is lifted to the wellhead. Then, the four old ropes of the No. 2 tank are disconnected. After passing the new rope through the peach shaped ring of the wedge shaped rope ring and making the rope head, use the new rope to take out the old rope from the side of the 2 # tank. Lift the No. 1 cage to the wellhead, clamp the eight ropes on the side of the No. 2 cage with a rope clamp, calculate the expansion and contraction amount of the new rope, break the old rope, cut off the excess new rope and start making a new rope head, then spit out the remaining old rope, completing the rope replacement operation. In this way, all operators operate at 0 m, avoiding the danger of working in the downhole wellbore. It can not only ensure the safety of personnel, but also improve the reliability and safety of rope replacement.

Specific construction steps:

2.1 Preparations

(1) Before construction, inspect and maintain the auxiliary equipment of the winch. After confirming that there is no error, the construction director will count the construction materials delivered to the site. Use a crane to fix the new rope turning gear on the anchor rod of the front yard or on the railway. Place the rope turning gear at the appropriate positions in the front yard of the wellhead in the order of twisting the old rope from the left to the right, and use logs to place pressure bars at the place 5m in front of the rope turning gear. (2) Load the No. 2 cage into two heavy trucks (with a total weight of at least 3 tons guaranteed). After the heavy trucks are equipped, carry out a tank walking test run. After ensuring that there are no errors, park the No. 1 cage at a suitable position at the wellhead (the tank top is flush with the wellhead). (3) Use the steel wire rope of the 3-ton rope guiding winch to clamp the new rope head respectively for rope guiding, and use a binding wire to bind the new and old ropes together between the two clamps. (4) When the rope clip passes through the crown wheel and drum, be responsible for the crown wheel group and drum group to take care of the rope clip to prevent damage to the crown wheel and drum when the rope clip passes through the crown wheel and drum. After the new rope head reaches the wellhead, the wellhead assembly passes the corresponding new rope through the lower clearance of the peach shaped ring of the tension balancing device, reversely bends to leave the new rope about 2m long, bypasses the peach shaped ring, and uses 5 pairs φ The wire rope clamp clamps the rope end and the new rope firmly. 2.2 Hanging of new head rope tank path

After the wellhead preparation is completed, the general person in charge of safety supervision shall conduct on-site confirmation. After everything is normal, the new rope shall be pulled into the spare rope groove, and the winch operator shall be notified to confirm Drive at a speed of 1 m/s, lower the No. 1 cage, and as the cage is lowered, stop every 25 meters. Punch the board at the wellhead. After the board is punched, notify the winch to start and proceed in sequence. Until the No. 2 tank is lifted to the wellhead position, the winch stops and is ready to remove the old rope and fix the new rope. (2) At this time, the rope reel group should control the rotation of the rope reel according to the speed at which the main machine is lowered, and also control the tightness of the pressure bar to prevent the old rope from driving the new rope and dragging the rope reel due to uncoordinated coordination. The wellhead group is responsible for checking the new rope and checking whether there is any friction, collision, or knot during the lowering process. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for handling. (3) As the No. 1 cage is lowered, the old rope drives the new rope down to the middle section of 470m, and the No. 2 tank also reaches the appropriate position at the upper wellhead. At this time, the personnel of the wellhead team use a dedicated rope clamp on the side of the No. 1 cage to clamp the four new ropes and four old ropes in the No. 1 shaft, and mark the new ropes with adhesive tape. (4) After seizing the rope, disconnect the corresponding old rope from the No. 2 tank in turn, use a 1-ton chain block to tighten the new rope, and then pass the new rope through the peach shaped ring of the wedge shaped rope ring to make a good rope head, ensuring that each new rope is stressed, and cut off the excess new rope with oxygen. (To ensure safety, only one old rope end can be removed at a time to ensure that the other three old ropes are stressed.) After the new rope ends are completed, slowly move the tank, lift up the No.1 tank, remove the rope clamps on the side of the No.1 cage, and all new ropes begin to be stressed.

2.3 Recovery of old head rope and plate clip

(1) The signal worker contacts the winch operator and starts to reverse start the hoist. Lift up the No. 1 tank, recover the board at the wellhead, and the rope reel group slowly recovers the old rope according to the rope sequence to the rear parking lot as the lifting speed increases. (2) When the No. 1 cage reaches the appropriate position at the wellhead, the wellhead group sends a command to stop, calculates the expansion and contraction amount of the new rope, and then pulls out four old ropes to cut off the excess new rope and start making new rope ends. (To ensure safety, only one old rope can be pulled out at a time to ensure that the other three ropes are stressed.) After fixing the new ropes, start adjusting the ropes, so that the new ropes begin to bear stress. Cut the old rope at the side of the No.1 tank at the wellhead, use two rope clips spaced 8 meters apart, fix the old rope on the new rope, drive in reverse direction through the drum, lower the crown wheel onto the side of the No.1 tank, and recover the old rope from the side of the No.1 tank to the rear yard. At this time, pay attention to disassembling the rope clips for the crown wheel group and the winch room group to prevent damage to the guide wheel and the drum caused by the rope clips. (3) At this time, the first rope has been replaced, the tension balancing devices of the four cages have been pressurized, the rope has been readjusted, and the force on the first rope has been evenly distributed. The rope has been tested and tested.

3 Weight calculation

The calculation of the static tension difference on both sides of the cage is one of the important matters in the safety work of replacing the first rope. It must be ensured that the static tension difference of the multi rope friction hoist is within the range. The weight of this rope replacement is calculated as follows:

On the side of No. 1 tank, after the new rope is lowered to the middle section of 470 m, the weight of the new rope and plate clip: 2.1 kg * 630 m * 4 pieces+30 kg * 25 pairs=6042 kg=6.04 t; The weight of two heavy trucks on the side of No. 2 tank is 3t, and the static tension difference is 6.04-3=3.04t, which is equivalent to the empty tank of No. 2 tank, and the lifting of two heavy trucks on No. 1 tank. The static tension difference of the elevator is 6 5 t, meeting the lifting requirements.

4 Personnel organization

At the specific beginning of construction, in order to ensure that the division of labor during construction is clear to each group and implemented to each person, a total of 6 natural groups are divided as follows:

(1) Safety Monitoring Group: Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the Company: Safety Section of the Three Turnouts Mine: Safety Officer Machine Repair Plant: Production Plant Director (General Safety Officer) is responsible for safety supervision and monitoring during the entire rope changing process.

(2) Rope reel group: Person in charge: 1 participant: 8 people in the installation team, four rope reels, and 2 people for each rope reel to take care of. Main tasks: 1) When starting to lower the new rope, rotate the rope reel at a constant speed with the main machine. When collecting old ropes, arrange the old ropes in a regular order and evenly place them in the back yard.

(3) Wellhead Team: Person in Charge: 1 Participant: Installation Team: 6 Main Tasks: Seal the wellhead, lower the new rope through the guide pulley and drum to the wellhead, make the new rope the rope head, and clamp it firmly with the old rope.

(4) Winch room group: Person in charge: 1 person

Participants: Two people are mainly responsible for the task: When the cat claw clip passes through the reel, re clamp the new and old ropes in front and behind the reel, and then open the rope clip at the rear. Pull the new rope onto the fixing block.

(4) Crown wheel group: Person in charge: 1 Participant: 2 Main responsibilities: Responsible for guarding the crown wheel, preventing new and old ropes from mixing together, and loosening the rope clips that secure the rope guide pulley.

(6) Signal winch workers: two signal workers and two winch workers in Santou Mine. Responsible for the transmission of dotting signals and the operation of the winch.

5. Construction Safety Measures (1) Before construction, the floating stones and debris inside the shaft from the middle section of 0m to the middle section of 470m shall be cleaned by the Sanzuo Mine. The person in charge of construction safety shall organize all construction personnel to implement safety technical measures and safety technical disclosure. Conduct troubleshooting for all construction personnel, and prohibit those who are found not suitable for the operation from participating in the construction. (2) This rope change belongs to multiple types of work and multi-level cross operations, with complex processes and many personnel. To ensure the smooth progress of the construction, it is necessary to obey the unified command, and the heads of each construction team must be responsible for safety with due diligence; The work items of each construction team should be guaranteed in terms of quality, quantity, and safety. (3) The winch driver should follow the command, listen to the signal clearly before starting the vehicle, drive smoothly, and do not leave the winch during construction. (4) Enter or approach the wellbore within 1m and climb 1 Operators above 5m must wear safety belts and safety helmets. The safety belt should be carefully inspected before use, and should be free of cracks, defects, and other defects that affect safe use. When using, tie it to a firm and reliable fixed object, and hang it high and use it low. It is strictly prohibited to hang it low and use it high. (5) During the process of bringing new ropes and releasing ropes, the personnel watching the rope reel should be located on both sides or rear sides of the rope reel, and not on the front side of the rope reel to prevent personal injury if the rope reel is pulled over or moved forward. When the rope reel is out of the rope too quickly, there is too much new rope allowance, or the rope reel is stuck, which may cause the rope to be pulled over and tied, it is necessary to timely stop the machine. (6) When breaking a new rope, prepare fire extinguishing equipment such as buckets and fire extinguishers in advance. The point of breaking the rope should be selected outside the wellbore as much as possible to prevent sparks from falling into the wellbore and damaging the new rope. (7) Various lifting appliances and materials used in construction should have sufficient safety factors. (8) During night construction, each operation site must have sufficient lighting. (9) The length of the new rope must be carefully calculated and checked to ensure that the tension difference and rope length meet the requirements after changing the rope. (10) All construction personnel have the right to refuse command violations, eliminate "three violations", and ensure "three non injuries".

6 Conclusion

Multi rope friction type hoists are increasingly used in production. The safe use of the head and tail ropes and cage directly affects the safety production of enterprises. With this scheme, the head ropes of 9 multi rope friction hoists of Jiapigou Mining Co., Ltd. have been replaced, and they have been put into normal production and use. The replacement of the head ropes takes a long time, and the risk of shaft operation is extremely high. Especially for the new head rope tank track hanging facilities, it is necessary to ensure that the four new ropes between each plate clip can be tightened, otherwise the new ropes may easily scratch the steel beam or tie when the shaft is running, Leading to the scrapping of new ropes or other safety accidents.
