Schedule Versus Sequence
Intricate Ceiling Systems Require Critical Sequencing

Schedule Versus Sequence

Our teams on site, lead the day to day activities of a project expertly coordinating the sequence of construction. Think of the sequence as the "how" and "when" you are going to build something, organizing the tasks of people plus material resources to effectively build. Our teams in the office are expert CPM (Critical Path Method) schedulers. To keep it simple, think two dimensions of gantt charts, flow charts, durations and a critical path to get the visual. The CPM schedule could be considered the painted picture of what and how we expect a project to progress from start to finish. Are you and your teams clear on the distinction between the two??

Sequence is the Process that Brings It ALL Together!

The sequence is where it all happens, three dimensional. Bringing the expertise of multiple skilled tradespersons to deliver the fit and finish envisioned by the design. In some of these photos, you can visualize no less than 5 teams of tradespersons coordinating each element including electrical, fire sprinkler, acoustic ceilings, painting, flooring, and HVAC. From layout, to laydown, to installation, our team is on site to bring the sequence on to reality and the schedule keeps it all on the rails!
